Try penne pasta with olive pesto and sun-dried tomatoes!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>We are talking about a very popular first course due to the presence of fresh and typical ingredients of the\nour country, namely olives and sun-dried tomatoes.<br\/>\n<strong>Making olive pesto is very easy:\n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Take 50 g pitted green olives and finely chop them together with 1 clove of garlic,\nadding 10ml of extra virgin oil a little at a time and a pinch of salt, until a\npuree.\n<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>The nice touch to make this recipe even more appetizing is to also add anchovies and\ncapers!<br\/>\n<\/strong>Take 3 anchovy fillets in oil and, after draining and breaking them up, melt them in a pan\nWith a drop of oil.
